Good sporting goods store with a large selection of different products. I went in there for running shoes and found some very good shoes that were on sale. I ended up buying several pairs. Staff is very nice and willing to help if you need it. Realized afterwards that the shoes I bought were related to the practice of kneeling at games. Just want normal shoes that are not part of a political statement. No problem. I just took a magic marker and colored in the name on the shoe. Overall a good sports store and a good place to shop.

My visit to Modell's in Reston informed me that Sam, the Manger and Julia, and Mohamed, underlings, lack listening, talking and observation skills which are needed to understand me, a loyal customer since the 1980's. They lacked customer's service, product knowledge and use treating tactics. "Call security, shouted Mohamed as "we are trained" while I am interacting with Sam. Julia in an angry voice, yelled, "lock the door." I permit no one to threat, gang up or yelled at me, especially when I am ready to buy what I want. I hope Julia will graduate to nothing but who sound like. I look forward to change of staff when I next visit. Sam has blue eyes with glasses, medium height, brown hair and slightly over weight, especially around the waist as demonstrated with his too tight pant. Julia with glasses and medium blonde length hair, height and body type(unremarkable). Mohamed has smooth, black skin, a fine nose and black wavy, layered hair shaped like hillside farming in Africa. He maybe Ethiopian, Eritrean or Somalian American.

The selection for baseball gear isn't the best. They only had one type of batting glove in my size in stock. The employees were helpful tho.

Amazing service and wonderful prices ! Nathan did a great job taking care of my daughter and I. He was very patient with us, even while my daughter tried on about 4 different pair of cleats lol.... This is a nice store. Staffs are friendly and helpful. They have everything that you may requir for most sports, but not all in the store. You may need to order some stuff from their online store. Their prices are acceptable, a couple of times I saw very good price for sport shoes. Parkings spaces are usually available near the store.
