Disappointed with this location. Got charged extra but still got the same number of foods. Will not be coming back.
This McDonalds is very well run. The food is consistently good. The only reason I left off one star is because their new 'dual' drive-through pattern has no barrier to the outside lane, creating a frequent situation where everyone is waiting their turn in the main drive up lane, and someone just drives up the main parking lot lane, and then pulls left across the yellow line to the outside order lane, cutting in front of everyone waiting their turn. Management needs to put some type of barrier along the outside lane to keep people from just cutting in.
Updated review post-remodel: Although, historically speaking, this location has been one of the best run McDonald's I've ever been to, I feel like the remodel has now made things worse. The counter was made significantly smaller with a lot of the space wasted. They did away with the refilling station that also had napkins and condiments and straws. Also, the dual drive-thru has actually created more congestion and as such, wait times have at least doubled on average. Edit: Today, the drive-thru line spilled out onto the main street, despite having dual ordering lanes. Most of these remodels make zero logistical sense. We'll see how this location will fair in the long-term after the remodel, but so far, it has actually hindered things. Deducted one star from my previous review.
I ordered 4 hot cocoas and after almost 20 minutes or so I got 4 hot cocoas but only one of them with caramel, and the rest was only milk.
