This Five Guys location is normally great but definitely beware of online ordering in peak times during the pandemic. On several Friday nights in the last 2 months, while the online ordering indicates an order could be ready in as little as 8 minutes, there are often huge crowds of people awaiting orders for periods of 30 to 40 minutes. While maybe it is obvious, I would suggest you order at non-peak times since this location hasn't been able to keep up with the increased demand. The staff there including a couple long time workers like Ali continue to do an amazing job!

The employees here are very polite and efficient. This Five Guys is very clean. I ordered the little bacon cheeseburger, little fries and a drink. The fries are amazing!! If you are not hungry enough to get a meal, order the fries... And don't forget to bring a few dollars and tip these hard working friendly employees!!
I’ve been here and have ordered from here a handful of times!!!! The burgers are greasy, but so delicious!!!! Best in the DC region!!! I like the coke machine, which provides the many varieties of coke, which everybody loves!!! I also really like the delicious peanuts that I purchase while I wait for my order!! Like the hamburgers, the fries are greasy but taste heavenly. To bring this up to a 5-star review, the diner needs to have a milkshake machine, to pick a variety of milkshakes for everyone to enjoy!! Other than that, the food is great!!
This spot provides great service and enjoyable menu. The best restaurant around town. The meals came out quick and the prices are reasonable. I recommend this place.
Another solid Five Guys location. It's conveniently located in Reston's Plaza America and (ironically) placed right next door to a Gold's Gym. The same fresh, quality burgers, hotdogs and plentiful french-cut french that you would expect from the franchise. It's quite clean and the service is friendly and fast. If you like Five Guys, this location surely won't disappoint.
