I just had the most delicious cup of coffee and Nova Lox Bagel! Great staff at this location. I'm always greeted with a friendly Hello. The smoked salmon is consistently high quality and a very satisfying portion.

I got a coupon in the mail. Half a dozen and smear for 6.00..I never tried these bagels before. I liked them. They have a good variety. I got salted, French toast, cranberry, asiago, and apple.. soo good. They have a good menu. The breakfast sandwiches look very good. I will try them next time.
Always tasty sandwiches and baked goods. Not really bagels (not boiled before baking) but really good anyway.
Staff was super friendly and quick. Ancient grain bagel itself was delicious. However I worked at a bagel place for years where we made fresh eggs on the grill. You can tell the eggs and bacon were microwaved or something like that, not fresh in my opinion. Also wish I’d gotten more cream cheese than just a tiny smear.
Today was the tipping point. I've been here several times and service is always spotty. It's too bad they closed the one in Herndon because that was probably the best one. This place is not only dirty, the staff are rude, and do not do their jobs. Constantly on breaks or goofing off. I got half a sliver of smoked salmon on my lox bagel once. Came back today to get the most disgusting bagel I have ever seen. My bagel looks like it's been living in the dumpster the last 3 days and my husbands looks nearly as bad. Please serve food that is actually up to code! I had to throw out my bagel because I was too scared to eat it.
Love their green chille and Jalapeno Cheddar bagels; if you like spicy food one should try this. A combination of green chille and coffee is yummy!!!!! Worth trying and different than normal bagel chains
Been here twice and I have waited more than 30 minutes for a simple order while there are 5 people behind the counter. Dont waste your time coming here.
The service was slow, they messed up my order and my wife’s order.
