Been to this location before with no problems, went today and experienced very poor customer service. I ordered ahead using the app and this location is near my work but not my home. I ran into some issues getting there and had already had a very long morning. When I got in my coffee was missing so I asked and they gave me a lot of attitude about how I had ordered it an hour ago. Two employees laughed at me and kept talking about how long it had been. Which of course made me mad. They made it and i left after more ridicule about how late I was. No apology they made it seem as though it was completely my fault. Also very wasteful policies if they throw all drinks away after an hour.
Rude customer service (lead or trainer), one employee at the register doesn't even speak english correct and it is very hard and frustrating to place order or communicate. Very distracted ladies more occupied about their stories or gossip than attending customers in a friendly fashion.

Customer service is terrible, they are rude and argue with you. I bought a sandwich and a coffee, my food was done before my coffee and when I asked for my coffee the lady told me to wait. They later came back and called my coffee I went to get it and the lady stopped me and said this is not your coffee it clearly says black not sugar and cream. I tried to explain to her the other lady told me it was sugar and cream and she sat there and argued with me telling me it was a lie, she did not say that, worse experience ever, never coming back. Whether she said it or not there is no reason to ague with the customer. Again I do not recommend this place at all, stay away.
I always have a very positive experience at this particular Dunkin Donuts. Super friendly service. Donuts are fresh and food/coffee fresh and hot. My favorite item is the Big n Toasted with Double Bacon, 2 Eggs & Cheese on Texas Toast. Fave donuts for me are Boston Cream and Vanilla Cream. ( shown in picture ) DD coffee rocks! Hits the spot and kick starts my day! :-)
Customer service is terrible, employees don’t know English and they mess up the orders and on top of it they argue with you rather apologizing. The guy just keep shouting the orders when something goes wrong with the food just to customer gets confused and just take the food. I guess employees needs little more training on customer interaction and learn accepting to the mistakes.
The workers are really unprofessional and they take forver to make your order. And they keep screaming while speaking. Not really the best dunkin. Sad that it wasn't always like this
