What in the world! They have 5 ATMs and none is working. I've told to the manager and 3 differents cashiers and they told me that there's nothing to do, I came at 5:10 pm. and I understand that they are closed so that's why I was using the ATMs. This is really annoying.
The Reston branch never answers phones. When they do, rude customer service. The branch has the poorest customer service I have ever seen in a bank. Takes forever to open an account and moreover they do not value customer loyalty for those who want to be their customers. It should be less than 1 star.
Always short staff, terrible banking experience, don’t put your money there, take it and run! Manager Vincent Frank and Staff are not trained well and terrible customer service and relationship.
I feel bad for Citibank customers. This bank has the poorest customer service I have ever seen In a bank. Takes forever to open an account and moreover they do not value customer loyalty for those who have been with them for years. Inefficient and slow and the branch manager is not helpful at all. Don’t expect much from the staff given all the limitations they have. Go to Capital One - they are really so much better!
