I agree with everyone else....When it comes to a problem, it takes them forever to solve it....Mom's phone has been out for a week now...They had someone to come out three days ago and they couldn't exactly fine the problem so, they now have to send someone else out to check it...So, after 7 days with no service, we have to wait until after the weekend to see what day they will be out again...This is the second time since we had this service that this has happened...Not to mention that she is senior citizen near 80 years old...Not good!.

Birch is great if you like being on hold forever and then having your call dropped. I have been trying for several hours to cancel my service with them. Doesn't look promising, but I won't be paying them.
This a scam. They call you saying some law has changed and that you get better rates and that you get to keep your service with whatever carrier. THIS IS A SCAM
Absolutely horrible business practices. They bought our business account when buying Cbeyond. Birch is an absolutely horrible company to try to do business with. I advise you steer waaaaaay clear of them. You will be disappointed.
If they ever walk into your office offering phone and internet services, grab the nearest blunt object and begin swinging it violently. Seriously do not do business with this debacle of a company. They are absolutely incompetent. It takes weeks to get problems fixed, if at all. Tech support rarely calls you back with updates. Then when you try to cancel services due to poor performance they throw an early termination fee at you and the lawyers come out to play.
