I have always purchased Apple products. My last and I do mean last are the Airpods . There is no way to have the store in Reston, VA to allow anyone to have someone simply place the smaller cushions onto the pods/. I tried to get a time to go across the street here where I live in Reston to have someone show me how to place the smaller cushions on. The call center, God only knows where that is in this world, said I could have an appointment in a week or so. Apple needs to look up in the unabridged dictionary the word "customer". As far as I am concerned, this customer is in the 'hunt' for another supplier and be assured that I shall share this attitude with everyone I know across the country. Great designs, NO SERVICE!
