I can’t tell you how helpful they are at resting pets , we lost our little man nugget quite late in the afternoon and didn’t know where to turn, I was given their details by a friend and was so happy with the service we received by the staff who were very kind and professional, we picked him up this morning and couldn’t be happier to have him back home especially with all the thought and care that resting pets had taken. I’d like to say from me and my family a massive thanks to all staff you have made a terrible few days a lot more bearable , thank you so much .
Would never ever use this company again, my experience with them was a extremely upsetting. Made a very sad and painful situation a lot worse. very poor customer service, no communication whatsoever, I had to contact them and ask when I could collect my boy, which ended up being 12 days after collection. Took money and checked what we wanted on the second day after collection Thought my dog was a horse at one point, was then told they were waiting on me to call them and tell them what I wanted on name plate? Would of helped if they had called to ask and not waited for me to call them 10 days later.
Really appreciate the excellent level of service and care received from Resting Pets. Everything was catered for and very professional. Would highly recommend.
