Great place to stop. See parrots, charge an EV or eat.
Good food at a reasonable price. Service was friendly and the language barrier wasn't a problem. Saw a Toucan and a bunch of Scarlett Macaws in the parking lot, which was a huge bonus! Only downside was we occasionally got whiffs of gasoline smells from vehicles outside.
Delicious food. Fair prices (not too expensive). There is also a cafeteria, a souvenir shop and an electric charging station for you vehicle (type B and other type C).
Great Costa Rican food.
Food was delicious and served fast and hot! Was a little crowded with tourists since just about every taxi and tour bus stops here. Variety of items were great and lots of Costa Rican typical foods were available. Lots of Macaws present that were semi tame and occasionally flew down for treats. A little pricey, but that's to be expected with the number of tourists present.
Food is typical Costa Rican Fare. We stopped here while driving from Monteverde to Tamarindo because we heard that wild Macaws frequent the place, and we were not disappointed. We saw a pair of gorgeous Macaws just hanging out on a tree outside
