So let’s start with the good bit. The food was decent... not exceptional and quite pricey. But boy oh boy was the service awful. From the moment we sat down we had to insist: on getting the menu, being shown the dish of the day, be allowed to see the drinks menu. All the while we were scowled at, ignored and quite frankly treated like we were not welcome there. Like most I go to a restaurant not just for the food but the service and the welcome. We got the food but nothing else. Good manners would have been a good start. We did notice that the other server seemed eminently more polite and friendly so I’m certain that would have changed the experience.
Great food, good service, and the wine was amazing. However, I had a pasta with \fruits de mer\. The shrimps etc were not peeled and the clams were still in their shell, resulting in having to stick my fingers into my pasta dish. I guess it does show freshness, but I personally didn't like that very much, especially considering it was a business lunch.
Very nice staff, friendly. Great value lunch menu, excellent value, lovely location. Worth a visit. Menu looked good selection.
Our family was invited to the Marin High Tech show, we had a great time. Salva is a nice boss and the menus are good, especially pizzas according to the kids. See you soon, thanks for the party
Lovely, warm and welcoming inside. Kind staff and very comfortable atmosphere. The pizza is very good.
