Undoubtedly very good quality. Unfortunately the vegetarian burger was not truly a burger, as there was no veg steak inside. The vegetarian taco was also disappointing as it was not a taco, but rather a wrap. I felt sad as people who don't know what's tacos, they will have a totally misconception about tacos. But I must admit everything was good quality, homemade. The resto is very beautiful as well.
Very good choice of local products to offer very good choice of recipes, every restaurant (Angers or Nantes at least) have specials sauces to apply with natural fries. Welcoming has always been kind. A must-try alternative to fatty burgers

Fantastic fast food, delicious and ethically produced. Served in a beautiful walled garden under shady olive trees. And cheaper and tastier than other burger placed around!!
