The restaurant is set in an old fabric factory with a fabulous view of the Luberon Valley just outside the front door. In this small town there are few tables for visitors, as the majority of the tables are arranged in a community style, for the locals to simply come in and grab a seat, greeting their neighbors with air kisses. A very cool thing to see. The menu is set daily based on availability of fresh local food, it seems, as there were no printed menus, only those hand-written on chalk boards. Our party had the lamb shank with risotto, cod with rice and vegetables, and beef steak. The meal, along with the local rose and beer, was perfect. Our servers were so patient with our high school French and attempts to use Google translate!

Charming small-ish restaurant based in an open fronted old wine cellar in a beautiful old picturesque town in the hills. Some seating inside, more seating outside with stunning scenic views, although much of that can also be seen from seating inside. The food was all excellent, the wine was lovely, the whole meal was absolutely fantastic. I would guess booking is probably strongly advised, given the superb food, stunning views & very pretty scenic town setting.
