To be honest being an Indian I didn't find the Indian taste here.
Great food and nice atmogphere
We had a nice experience on this restaurant. Travelling from India and having French kind of food over a week, we looked for an Indian food restaurant. We found a perfect match for us in Taj Mahal. We had traditional Indian food like Biryani, Roce, Curry and other stuff with a typical Indian taste. Situated near the Aix Les Bains lake it is a perfect place for a dine out.
Great food, friendly and generous staff. We ordered take away and had to wait a bit more than what we were told but the waiter made it up for us. However I was a bit underwhelmed by their Nan.
Good quality Indian Cuisine. Warm places to eat
This was the only Indian restaurant we could find near Aix-les-bains. One of the great things about deciding to go here is the choice of other restaraunts. This place is among a cluster of about 5/6 restaraunts facing out on to the lake. So if you change your mind, and decide you want Thai instead - no problem! Coming from Ireland, it was not as spicy or creamy as I have come to expect from Indian restaurants, but the actually quality of the food was A1. The food tasted fresh, especially the meat. The food tasted fresh and \al la maison\. The lasi drinks were good too!
