Don't know what was the better: the food, or the service. What a great evening!

Francie Weidner

Excellent cuisine with impeccable service. They even created a special vegan menu for me. Wine menu is also incredible!

The chef is amazing! We ordered a four course meal that the chef recommended and the dinner may be the best we ever had. He is personable and explains all the meals in detail. I highly recommend Sparkling Bistro when in Munich.

Mario Fernández

Excellent newly minted 1 star restaurant in Munich. Great food, great wine and very good service. One of the waiters made a great impression on us, he was very attentive and sweet.
