The best sushi ever I have tried, the warm ambiance with japan whisky were so cool. I recommend you the boat of sushi if u r 2, with japanese cake and ice scream flavor matcha.

This restaurant is an absolute highlight for japanese food lovers. We came here for the second time, ordering sushi, salmon in vinegar and algae, gambas and breaded pig. While pig and gambas have been very tasty, salmon and sushi were just the most excellent we've eaten so far. Very fresh ingredients, well prepared and deliciously looking tasted just as if fished minutes ago. The decoration around was ok though not really in sync with the quality of the food. The waitress was very kind and friendly, the food took about 25 minutes to be served and the pricetag of 45 for two persons I find more than justified. So, why just four stars? Well, there was this moment we witnessed for the second time we came here and that was, when the cook started to shout at the waitress in a way that a silence covered the restaurant where has been chatter and laughter all over the place and the guests had to witness her public humiliation. Even if you don't go out for anything but quality food, it really leaves a bitter mark on your otherwise perfect visit.

Une pepite Je suis passé devant ce restaurant des centaines de fois sans le remarquer. L'extérieur est fade et l'intérieur vraiment simple . La décoration n'est visiblement pas la priorité. J'y suis allé avec une amie japonaise qui le considère comme le seul vrai japonais de Toulouse. Force est de constater que si la salle ne vous en met pas plein les yeux , l'assiette enfin la barque elle explose. C'est frais, c'est bon, c'est varié. Le prix est dans la norme de ce type de japonais compter 40 euros environ.
