I could not put 5* for the ambiance and service because sometimes I felt a bit awkward. One waiter was taking good care of us while the second one was pretty rude... Mixed feelings though but definitely a place to go for the food!

An excellent, traditional bistro bustling with locals. Daily lunch specials at reasonable prices, and a delicious choice of appetizers and main dishes from the nearby market. We had two different fish dishes, each perfectly cooked. “Pissenlits” is the colorful French word for dandelions, my mortal enemy in the yard, but quite tasty in a salad. Note the stylized dandelion wallpaper and a rather attractive print by the bar.
Very good food with specialties of the region. We had as \apero\ a glass of Alsace crémant with plums (mirabelles) cream that was delicious. The dessert was also on the theme of plums and it was very good. The restaurant room is well decorated and the staff was very friendly.

The food was very good, but the portion sizes varied wildly. Also, the dandelion leaf salad was interesting and peppery.
Mmhhh... excellent food. The way it was meant to be. I had the entrecote and my daughter the canard a l'orange, locally sourced glass of Pinot. Assiette theme chocolat for dessert. All great.
