This family owned and run restaurant is excellent. They are always busy for lunch and dinner. The service is great, the food is top quality, and the prices are reasonable. The salad was really good. The steak and fries from this place were truly excellent served just the way I ordered (medium rare). My girlfriend and I love our dinners here once a month. The family owned ambiance and the relaxed feel of this place makes you feel comfortable and at home. I highly recommend this place for meat lovers in Toulouse.

This is a local, neighborhood place that made the Michelin guide, that's how good the food is. Foie gras poelle, apricot size, for 6 euros. That's one of the great bargains in France. Great steaks and grilled meats. Desserts excellent. It's outside the center but reachable by metro A or car. Decor is Early Ugly but the locals don't care. It's about the food, stupid.

Simple, straight to the point, no frills, honest to death. You get skewers directly from the charcoal grill with some salad and fries for a decent price.
