Really good expérience, the restaurant was nice, and service was excellent. We had 2 menus \découverte\ and it was a real taste discovery. All the dishes were well presented and tasty. Our favorite was the œuf parfait one. Wine suggestions were good as well. I really recommend it if you want to have a gastronomic experience with a small bill at the end.

I really love this restaurant, especially from following reasons: 1. nice selection of wine 2. good atmosphere with old traditional bricks but also modern interior 3. exquisite dishes!!! I will definitively come to this restaurant again!

A wet cold Sunday night, a warm welcome, delicious fresh food and good wine (especially the vouvray) by the glass.

MAGNIFICENT Meal! This is a brand new restaurant in Toulouse in a very attractive cave. The chef has already been recognized by Gault Millau and Michelin and deservedly so. The menu includes both a 3 course menu and a 4 course menu. Among the four of us, we had both. We had the Oeuf bio a 63 with foie gras and mushrooms, the soups de courgettes, the trout and bar and veal and for dessert cheese and tarts aux citrons. Each and every dish was absolutely delicious and pleasingly presented. With the meal we had a delightful white wine from Gaillac. The cave is very attractive, the service was very pleasant. All four of us were extremely pleased with the dinner and HIGHLY recommend that you try this new restaurant for yourself. It is a winner!
