Amazing food, great champagne list and value for money. Will definitely go again. The lobster is highly recommended. Team, thanks for hosting us last Saturday, we had a fantastic time.

Beautiful food presentation, service fantastic and immaculate. The courses relate a well thought out and balanced textures or tastes to our food pallette. Definitely worth a visit and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

Sophisticated yet homey feel from the proprietor and staff. The web page presents a more elegant ambiance than what you will experience. We only dined here once, so a proper review is not possible yet. Very good and attentive service by everyone. Interesting and delightful amuse-bouches. Some dishes were well conceived but others did not feel well balanced for the various flavours trying to be incorporated. The veal tartare as entree was very rich, dense and unctuous, a large portion. The \virtual ravioli\ of St. Jaques cheese and oysters was too much for one person... Not sure if the oysters underneath the fresh scallops (wrapped around the cheese) is a good idea. The féra du lac (fish) was excellent, swimming in a delicate sauce (with hints of ginger and turmeric?). Recommended! The passion fruit coulis with the Choco-passion dessert was bitter/sour and did not go well with the chocolate. A little bit of acid is fine...but on this day it was too distracting. However, the pomme merengue dessert was most excellent and palatable. Highly recommended.

This was my first time at a Michelin star restaurant and it did not disappoint! Amazing and attentive service. We tried the full dining experience with the ten course option and each course was an experience I will never forget!
