It's a fantastic hotel not far from the city center. Clean and comfortable and good price. Dogs friendly and not extra charges. Spa with swimming pool not bad

Amazing hotel. I used the swimming pool to relax after a tough day working. The staff in reception is awesome and always ready to help. Air conditioning in all rooms and free parking. Just 20 minutes driving from Strasbourg city center.
Very beautiful garden view terrace and rich menu of local alsace wines. Food was not wow but good and acceptable.
The Hotel is modern and well located, only 5min walk from the center. However, the service was very poor. We arrived at 16h and the room was not ready. We waited more than 1h30 for the room. Room service entered in the room without knocking to give us some towels we didn't ask for. Breakfast was messy, many things were missing and none was cleaning the tables or helping the clients to find a sit.
One message, at a time when I am driving, to let me know that my booking wasn’t being honoured, as you were full, is simply not acceptable. This caused me considerable inconvenience last night. How on earth can this happen in 2019? You should have systems in place to manage this in a better way and should have known far closer to the booking time. To let me know only as early as 1930 is not good enough.
I love this hotel. The staff are wonderful, the food is delicious and accomodations are extremely comfortable. I would say perhaps the restaurant might be a tad overpriced and could use more selection, especially on the room service menu.
Good rooms, they have pool, sauna, hammam. Looks nice. But breakfast is really poor.
The swimming pool was closed, the sauna is ok, the shower with mosquitos in spa area. The breakfast is average quality, in weekdays less choice than on weekend. The beds are ok. Petsonal is very friendly!
