I ate in this restaurant twice : in winter and in summer. In December we were inside with my husband, and the inside decor with Christmas tree and fireplace with some Christmas toys was very nice. The food in winter was traditional but delicious. The service was good. In summer we were at terrace, and it was a wonderful surprise because the garden of restaurant is really beautiful and cozy. The meals were excellent in winter as well in summer ! The stuff is friendly and attentive, so the whole experience was wonderful. Even if I like discover new places, the next time in Carcasson I will make sure to eat in this restaurant again !

Great French food and good service. On the other hand it was a bit noisy since they had a party upstairs so we couldn't really enjoy a nice and quiet dinner. But other than that, all good

Delicious homemade meal, worth it
My wife and I enjoy French cuisine, but we are a little picky. We are so happy we found this restaurant! It was delightful. We had appetizer salads. I took the tenderloin with morel mushroom sauce, and my wife had salmon with a leek sauce. Delicious and simple in the best sense of the word. A nice Kir Blanquette and a bottle of local red wine. Definitely worth a visit.
