The menu does not look like much, but the restaurant is excellent. The snails were very good as what everything else that we got. Highly recommended if you are in Thann. Make a reservation in advance.

Cheese paradise. Menu full of cheesygoodness. The place is simply Cheestastic. If you do not like cheese, not to worry there is plenty of traditional alsacian stuff as well, all cooked with true love for good ingredients. Don't miss the place, remember to book ahead.

We found casually this restaurant in Thann: it was a surprise to meet so kind people. Michel and Valerie will make you feel comfortable with a fresh aperitif and will let you discover the tastes of Alsace: the perfect combination between german and french food, matched with high level wines.
