Wonderful atmosphere and excellent service, quiet and delicious. I spent a good evening with typical and not too elaborate dishes. Balanced cost, I recommend for a pleasant evening.

I personally found the idea of having lunch on a balcony overseeing this medieval town's center place quite great. The food was very good, the wine too and the service quite friendly. Price was adequate.
Visited at lunchtime and not impressed with the choice of plat du jour, which was prawn noodles. Also not impressed with the Covid hygiene standards in place and the lack of staff awareness of basic hygiene . Eg reusing water jugs from other tables without washing them first and holding glasses by the rim when serving.
The quality of the dishes keep on improving. Looking forward to my next visit.

Shame about the name of the town but that behind you there is much to admire and much to enjoy with this historic town. Then having stumbled on Le Balcon restaurant, when many surrounding village restaurants were closed for the winter months was a great find. Up the stairs of a classic French town house the surprisingly well laid out and busy restaurant opened before us. The menu was varied with a good choice of classic French and Asian dishes well cooked and presented and at a very reasonable price. Good service nice atmosphere well worth a visit if you find yourself in “Condom”....
Over the years I have launched here many times. The food and service is consistently great. Never disappoints!
