I would like a Chardonnay please.\ Waitress: \White or red?\ This gave me a good laugh. Then she brought each of our glasses separately and a few minutes apart on top of it. Maybe it was her first day on the job, so I'll give her a break. The wine was excellent and so was the food, however, very overprice and no lunch specials. Not to mention, when we paid, all of the prices were wrong on the bill and we told the waitress and she just shrugged \ça peut arriver\.

Very nice place. Great food, reasonable priced as well what what you get. Don’t look any further if you want tartar, duck, cheese board and a good wine :) we have been for dinner and thinking to come for lunch. The staff was very friendly and nice, we were served by a young man. Thank you

The food was amazing.... the platter of different hams and cheeses with crusty bread was delicious and went perfectly with the smooth merlot wine. The restaurant itself was quirky and interesting.... the staff so friendly and helpful, especially the chef!! We went back for a second night and will definitely be returning when we visit La Grasse again in May!!
We go to the 1900 every time I visit my mother in Lagrasse. The food is plentiful (highly recommend the cheese and meat platters). Atmosphere is superb and the wine flows aplenty!
Definitely one to go to if you're in the area. High quality food at reasonable prices. Good atmosphere as well.
