An absolutely beautiful restaurant with lovely friendly staff and an excellent chef. Whilst they spoke little English and we spoke little French they were so accommodating and brought the Scottish chef out to ease the language barrier. I had the Apple walnut and olive salad which should have been a starter but I asked for it as a main, which they were very happy to do. Mum had a goats cheese ravioli and the rest of the family had steak which also looked lovely. A small warning that the dame blanche dessert is very large (and lovely) so is best shared. Thank you for making us feel so welcome and for the wonderful food.

Fantastic meal, maybe a little expensive compared with other restaurants in the village 40 for 3 courses but worth it. Food beautifully presented, large portions and cooked to perfection. Recommended.

I am at Plan de la Tour most of the summer. This is my first choice of restaurant always. The service is excellent, the quality of the food is always first class and as for price I think it is absolute value for money and worth every penny. Never had a poor meal yet and the atmosphere and surroundings are perfect. Cannot fault the place.

Wonderful lunch - best meal I have ever had in Plan-de-la-tour, with very friendly service and a fair price for the daily set menu. I can’t wait to go back. Merci Restaurant 19 for a memorable holiday experience.

A host where we stayed shared this address as a good place to eat, but to be honest we were very disappointed, the place is cute thought so nothing to complaint about that. But the cuisine is simply not interesting, tasteless and Expensive!!

I re-wrote my review to give a fair and more representative feedback on Le19. The region is expensive in general but Le 19 has higher prices than comparable restaurants nearby (i.e. Tour de la Plan). The food is made of good ingredients (safran, truffles, angus beef etc), the service was very good. The starters were good, the main courses (entrecote, calf cutlet) were not really tasteful. The dessert was very good. You can discuss taste but 5 of 7 persons of our group were not happy with the servings. In our opinions it was not worth the price.
