We had such a great time! The food is hot, fresh and, after eating in many tourist spots, surprisingly affordable. Prix-fixe dinner menus range from 14 euros to around 20 euros and include three courses. Very warm ambiance (literally and figuratively we were lucky to be sitting next to the hearth!) The house aperitif, crusty bread, and ham main course were wonderful. We loved watching the chef cook our meat in the open hearth. She was in charge of everything--server, cooking, bussing, hostess--and it was amazing to watch her work. Despite being so busy, she was very patient with our terrible, nearly non-existent French. We were the only non-French speaking people there--definitely a local treasure. Overall, we had a truly memorable evening. Please go, it is worth the drive!

Très bon accueil. Cuisine traditionnelle à la planchette. Produits frais et locaux / plats maison / cuisine au feu de bois. L'endroit est très agréable et les tarifs sont vraiment corrects pour de la cuisine maison. Je recommande sans réserves.

Extra!! De passage dans la région nous avons passé un excellent moment dans ce restaurant. Le patron vous parle de sa cuisine avec une grande sensibilité et tous les produits sont de qualité, il a réussi à nous faire re-découvrir le bon goût de la pomme de terre, et la viande est parfaite. Merci encore. Le cadre est simple mais chaleureux, il y a même des toilettes troglodytes bonne continuation au patron
