A good attempt to raise the bar at this iconic place of the North. Used to be one Michelin star of more than 40 years, but despite amazing really good quality products, the plates need somewhat to be more \gourmand\ and lack of variety in the plating. This is going in the right direction, but will need some refining to get the 1 star. We hope the best for the future.

Depuis plusieurs années nous voulions tester La flamiche. Ce jour est arrivé! Nous avons tous choisi le menu dégustation avec accord mets/vins. Excellent de bout en bout, aussi bien dans l'assiette que dans le verre, où le sommelier nous présentaient les vins avec passion. Nous avons pu découvrir des vins très originaux mais et toujours adaptés au plat. Nous reviendrons c'est certain!
Très bon restaurant où les plats sont recherchés. Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable. On a pris le menu entrée plat dessert qui offrait 3 choix pour chaque. Très très bon restaurant que je conseille si vous allez dans le coin.
Superbe restaurant, la repas est succulent, le service au top. Les conseils du sommelier sont un plus pour s'accorder avec les plats. Une très bonne adresse. Je recommande.
