Admittedly I am very spoiled when it comes to Japanese food, but this was the worst meal ever by any standard. The tempura was soggy and obviously made before and microwaved. The 'grilled' salmon was so dry, it was inedible. I should have known: there was not a Japanese person in sight, not in the kitchen, not in the waiting staff and not among the clientele.
