Purchased a suggested ew\ oven which needed warranty repair. After finding out that the item was over 3 years old and parts were no longer available, the manufacturer provided a refund to Restaurant City for me, which wasn't returned but offered \in-store\ credit...holding my money ransom. Management/Ownership is NOT honorable would NEVER recommend! Out dated/refurbished inventory sold as ew\. They took advantage of a small business owner would looked for trusting business to treat fairly. BUYER BEWARE!
