I liked this restaurant a lot even if I found it a little heavy on the hipster. I wanted a restaurant that prioritised local dishes and wines and here it was. I had the tripe soup with the porc noir and a forgettable desert. The food was brilliant. Really nice and portioned excellently. Using local and in season veg and locally raised meats it was tasty and well prepared. The presentation was not great but everything else was. The wine was brilliant. We asked for local wine recommendations and the waiter (moustache mask) was complete and patient. He knew his wines, ceepage, locations etc and really added to the experience. We polished off with a couple of Armagnacs again local and carefully selected, a classic and a new twist. Over all a great experience. Well done to the team.

I had the octopus and chorizo with pickled vegetables and lentils. Everything individually was fantastic. The pickled vegetables were the right amount of sour. The meat was flavored well. The lentils also were cooked the right amount, not too soft or hard. I would have liked to see fewer lentils and more of everything else, or maybe some vegetables that are not pickled. The plate was about 2/3rds lentils. That’s a lot of chewing. I was eating quickly, but the food became cold because the lentils and pickled vegetables started out cold and made up so much of the plate. I agree with the reviews that the dessert isn’t that great. I ended up ordering a dessert because the waitress was nice and patiently explained the entire dessert menu. It was described as a pistachio and white chocolate cream dessert, and that part was good, but it was also about 80% fruitcake/breading that was not very appetizing. I would recommend against the dessert. Overall enjoyable meal.

The food was amazing but very very expensive. The chef was able to make vegetarian meal which I appreciate. He mixed up the order of some people of our group though. I appreciate the fact that most of the food is seasonal and local.

Delicious food, the creamy garlic soup was incredible. Definitely worth a visit. We hadn't made a reservation, but managed to get a table, we arrived just after it opened.

My friends live in Toulouse and recommended this place and it was one of the best meals of my life. I normally don't eat a lot of meat and I got the filet and it was extremely tender. The service was wonderful and they were patient with us english speakers. Every item was to die for. I plan to go back everytime I visit Toulouse!

Great food but service could have been better. One of our favourite restaurants in toulouse. The service use to be fantastic, very personal and caring. Last time we went new waiter not very friendly and was smoking by the entrance.
