Great pizzas and calzones!

This place is practically on my doorstep, great I thought. Its a pleasant enough place never too busy, we sit in the pizza restaurant, the pizzas are excellent, cooked too order. The cocktails are expensive but for a treat OK. BUT.. they are never the same, we have been 4 times now, and paying 8-9 for a cocktail expect consistency. First couple of times OK, last twice, had to ask what it was as nothing like previous ones! When I asked what he had put in it, quoted the menu.. Er yes I know what should have been in it!! Gave up when he offered to top it up with vodka!!! Shame... Could have been the start of a beautiful friendship. Lol. Back to the Red lion.

Had the best evening here celebrating my 30th food and service was amazing! Will deffinatly be coming back.
22oct2017 Good selection of wines and cocktails. Tried soup of the day and cheese budget. Both excellent! Kindle service and relaxing atmosphere. Available also a rich menu of pizza. A good choice.
