It was our first time in the restaurant with the Michelin's star and for sure not the last one. Everything was simply amazing. The service, ambiance, timing of served dishes. The journey through the flavours, textures, smells, shapes, colors and matching of ingridients was the extraordinairy experience. Pure art on the plates. For sure worth of money! Thank you very much for the unforgettable moments.

Everything was delicious. We requested a five course pescatarian tasting menu and they obliged. Each course was fantastic. The extras were also wonderful surprises, combinations of flavours and textures. The wine pairings were also wonderful, with the character of the wine being altered (for the better I might add), but without effecting the quality, flavour, or character of the food. Wonderful experience to celebrate our anniversary!

This restaurant deserve more than one star from Michelin. I have a lunch menu and it was incredibly delicious. Creative memu with local and seasonal products. It’s definitely worth a visit and value for the price.

Loved the Chef attention to detail, every part of the dish was crafted and had an artistic touch. Loved the desert and appetizers, I feel meats are easier than the fusion and finesse required to craft appetizers.

Michelin star restaurant 1741 was a fabulous experience. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for high quality french cusine in the beautiful city of Strasbourg. The service is top notch and made our evening delightful!
