Cassoulet portion was good. Had a mix of duck and pork parts in it. Apparently the best around, but I'm not a connoiseur of cassoulet so I don't know.

Very good aperitif, local beer, food and, most importantly, outstanding service!
At first, we thought it was not enough, but we couldn't finish half of it good food, dessert, service and price
I have eaten here several times. Good atmosphere. Friendly service. Food variable, sometimes good, sometimes not so good. Pot luck on the day you go. Food is French bistro style, nothing special. They do serve other things than cassoulet! If in Castelnaudary, try it.
We called in advance to make reservations for lunch. We were seated and it took forever for the waiter to serve us. When the food finally came, my meal was lukewarm. By the time it was reheated and brought back to the table, my partner had pretty much finished her meal. Service was inattentive and curt. We left disappointed.
We were lucky to get a table in the outdoor seating area in the main street the ambience was great as early evening turned to night with the street lights and avenue of trees. We had cassoulet for the first time and were not disappointed full of wonder flavours
Lovely British couple serving up every thing you would expect French, good Dutch chef. Service good food excellent. Thank you
The dinner was perfect, the Cassoulet was N. 1., only the seating was very complicated at the beginning. The staff was unable to organize the terrace
