During a cold dark Christmas vacation holiday in Saumur, Le Carthage restaurant welcomed us with open arms and heart. I don’t have much to say except that it was fantastic. Not only the food was abundant but also really tasty and felt so authentic. Best North African food I ever had!! And interestingly enough, not Moroccan, not Algerian, but Tunisian... which I discovered. The cook/chef/waiter served us with passion and was extremely thoughtful. Seeing that I was a Hindu, he asked my wife (in French) if I knew that the order was including beef meatballs - which we had ordered for her. Very considerate of him and see play appreciated. In conclusion, superb and authentic food , for an affordable budget, and thoughtful service. Merci!! :-)

Que dire !!! Un accueil agréable un thé à la menthe fait maison et servit le temps que la commande arrive. Concernant le couscous royal il et très bien garnit et très bon. Je recommande fortement.
