On my last visit to Poland I had the pleasure of dining in the restaurant of the Hotel Fado. The style of the food was Polish with a twist. I had a pork fillet dish with some seasonal veg, and one of the best wild mushroom sauces I have ever tasted. The pork itself was great, moist and tender. I have to say the polish know how to cook their pork. I will definitely go back to the Restaurant again.
