Dieting Is killing me

This place is amazing, and needs to be funded more. They take people on trips, all sorts of places. There's a sensory room inside, Tuesday nights there's a group run I believe by volunteers, these people I cannot thank enough for what they do

Well what can I say? Let me start with saying the young people are lovely to work with and some very nice staff members here and there. However, those based at the office are very unprofessional and do not follow protocol appropriately when speaking to their staff members. Disgusting treatment when it comes to communication. Biggest weakness with this company is the communication and respect for their member of staff. They expect you to go above and beyond when it’s not reciprocal. Treat you like a slave for little play, considering the efforts you go through in this kind of condition of work. Unappreciative and no consideration or feelings for their staff members; treated as an after though, unless of course you show that you worship them, then you get better treatment. They use and abuse you and do not care how you feel. They do not follow proper procedure in terms of getting rid of staff that aren’t ‘doing a good job’. You know normal work places will sit you down either with your line manager or the director of the company and will let you know your progression and what you need to work on etc. However this company goes on what he said and she said as if this is primary school: you would think you’re working with professionals but you’re really not. They’ll sack you based on what others have said about you instead of having a formal meeting with you first. Absolutely disgusted.

Excellent organisation providing high quality practical support and useful advice. A Sunday drop in for families most weekends. Check first though.
