We are a computer repair business on the Gold Coast. We have been in business for 22 years, we found ourselves in a bind with urgent Apple parts needed and hard to find. Broadway were very helpful, nothing was too hard and got the exact part to us overnight. Its actually the first time we have had great service from another Repairer. Bought a new laptop battery on eBay, it arrived with 61% capacity. They promptly sent a replacement which had 59% capacity. No apology received. Buyer beware.
