We had a problem with old permits that were not signed off. I tried to save money by using a \friend\ who said he could do it. NEVER DO THAT!! The work looked great and was 3 years old, but it was not done correctly and my friend never called for any inspections. I found out when I went to do a refinance three years later...NOT the time to find out that you have a big problem. I called for inspection thinking everything was fine...NOTHING WAS FINE!!! The inspector told me that I need to get a licensed contractor and to have that contractor call him. A friend of mine who I trust, gave me Tamir's (from Trinity) cell number. Tamir was the contractor from Trinity and he said the only thing I wanted to hear at that point: \You don't have to deal with anything anymore. I will do it all.\ Tamir did just that! Tamir worked with LADBS, met with the inspector at the property, reviewed the existing plans, coordinated the repairs and got everything signed off...they even worked with the original engineer to update the plans to conform with Title 24 requirements. Tamir even got the electrical panel upgrade inspected, approved and cleared by LADWP. If I had not used Tamir and Trinity Builders, I probably would have gotten cited and possibly into legal problems. But Tamir knows all the inspectors and when the inspector saw that I had Tamir dealing with it, things got better. A special mention also to their office staff, Priscilla, who manages the office and coordinates the various contracts and billing made certain that everything was done correctly...she is also extremely nice. I am so impressed with Trinity Builders and with Tamir that I am working with them to do an ADU at the same property.

Trinity Builders and Design have completed our project with outstanding results. When they were introduced to us, we had limited ideas of what we wanted. We knew that we needed help in remodeling our kitchen, change the flooring along with the staircase as well as our master bathroom needed a revamping urgently. We are very busy professionals and they were the perfect fit. The owners and their team had many ideas. Their in-house team of designers was able to show us most of the details on 3D as well as find quick and cost-efficient ways to implement. The job supervisor came by daily, sometimes even more than once, to check on the progress. The Trinity team went above and beyond in being there for us in every stage and step of the project. The designers even worked with us on the smallest details (from fixtures to skim coat and colors) just to make it perfect for us. We wanted to add a room for our oldest daughter to call her own when she is visiting from out of state. We decided to build a guesthouse with a full kitchen and bathroom instead. She will have her total privacy now and it added to our property value. Again, thank you! Fair market prices for excellent quality of workmanship. Due to structural problems, unforeseen work was involved but, like true experts, they were able to fix the issues without extending the completion date. The office staff kept us informed daily about the project progress. They were punctual, very professional in their field, friendly & cheerful and took care to leave things clean & tidy. I admire the way they worked so hard in the hot weather. I can't stop praising them to friends. I would totally recommend Trinity Builders and Design. We LOVE Trinity!! We have used them for over 5 years on multiple projects and they always do excellent work! Tamir and Asif have become friends and we love their workers too who have been around since we started working with them which to me is a sign of a well run company! Super reliable, friendly, easy to work with, and excellent work. HIGHLY recommend!!!!
