Horrible customer service. The employees are unable to multitask and the sad part is the employees admit to it. They have a long line of 10 people outside waiting for the t-mobile Tuesday give away and are unable to just quickly verify and hand out the items. They have the customers waiting for over 40 minutes just to get something redeemed that takes no longer than 1 minute to do. Pathetic.

The employee Ehis helped me get my new phone samsung galaxy S20 FE 5G phone and I am really happy with it. He is a great worker and employee working for tmobile who I have been with about 12 years. My wife and I went in this past weekend, and a fantastic sales person from Nigeria named Ehis helped us. We had just come from another T-mobile store where the sales person left us quite confused as to what our options for upgrading and adding a new line were. Working with Ehis was great. He communicated VERY well and was SO patient with us, as we had to unlearn what the previous sales person had told us. Thanks Ehis!

Great customer service! I tend to come here even though it’s farther since the employees are so nice and helpful. I haven’t had this luck in other T-mobile stores so I continue coming back to here.
I had to keep coming back to change my Sprint to Tmobile (wasting a lot of time) and they didn't know how to do it. I'm on a family plan (all of us scattered around Cali) and everyone else on my family was able to do it with minor hickups at their locations, but they didn't know how to do this here and I had to have another Tmobile store do it over the phone. I wanted to do this in person to get more helpful insight on the new network I was joining but they weren't very knowledgeable here. In the end I could have just done this over the phone...I even bought a new phone there but when I talked to the reps in the central valley they notified me that there were deals I qualified for in store but this TMOBILE failed to notify me. Very disappointing.
