Great Company! They have the coolest stuff ... my daughter loves rainbows and I was really excited to find this store. We put the stickers in her windows and she still gets excited to see the beautiful rainbows in her room. Customer service was outstanding!

Rainbow Symphony is the best. We have purchased their eclipse glasses and other products many times over the years. I have used their eclipse glasses for several transits including the 2012 Transit of Venus. Their 2017 eclipse posters are great but they are getting rare now that August is here. If users follow their instructions for product use the Rainbow Symphony viewing aids will provide a safe and fun eclipse experience.
I went to the warehouse/store. The help and advice I received was terrific. I purchased the filters I need but also purchased the solar sunglasses which I tested. They make a terrific complement to the filters for binoculars. By the way the suns appears orange through the filters. Great people. Thanks

Has been 2 days, and I still haven't received my order. I want a refund!! Okay, now I'm getting pissed. They sent me an invoice and everything on my email and I chose first-class mail. why is it still not here?! *Face desk* I RECOMMEND NO ONE TO ORDER ONLINE AT THIS PLACE. There has been no response if you ask or tell them something on email. Any communication with Rainbow Symphony is nearly impossible!!!!!!
We at Tropical Sails Corp have distributed Eclipse Shades from Rainbow Symphony since 1994. We have sold thousands of pairs of Eclipse Shades. As a distributor we have found despite many warnings, people always call three or four days prior to a solar eclipse to order eclipse glasses. Avoid these problems by ordering early. Also many people are disappointed because they enter an incorrect address when ordering online. Please order early and fill out forms correctly for the best experience. Rainbow Symphony does its best to produce and fill orders as demand occurs. They try to anticipate demand, but they nor we control pre-eclipse publicity. The product is superior to any other material for viewing the sun safely. Please order early to avoid problems and disappointments.
I have had a great experience working with Rainbow Symphony over the years. They are always prompt with shipping if I order online, I often receive a shipping confirmation the same day I place the order!
Its sad I had a job order that needed to be fulfilled and the sales rep that answered told me to take it up with the senior acconount manager Mark. I email and called him three times and never got a return call or a response period. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Will never attempt to do any kind of business with then EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
