This place is great! My family, friends and I have been going here for years. It was one of my dad's favorites and he was somewhat of a food connoisseur from Chicago. You are guaranteed to get full here and the price is right! For any of you unfamiliar with the Mongolian bbq, you pick out and load up the food of your choice (meat, veggies, noodles, etc.) and hand it to the cook who walks continuously around a big circular grill, stir frying your personalized meal. The menu has a choice of a one time stop at the grill or you may choose all-you-can-eat. Both options have choices which include other delights such as; soup, rice, eggrolls, fried shrimp, fried wontons, etc. I am a pretty big eater and I just get the one-stop and load it up good, plus it comes with some of the other items, I mentioned, and I am always full. There is also an abundance of a puffy bread that is very good. If you like Thai iced tea, sweetened thai tea with cream, they also have that but you have to ask for it since it's not on the menu. This is a little hole in the wall on the southeast corner of Corbin and Vanowen. There isn't much parking but if you are going to eat there, you are allowed to move the orange cones to park in one of their spaces. The cones are there to save the parking spaces for the restaurant patrons. Give a try. You won't be disappointed!
I've been eating at this place since the 80's. It's great food. Always fresh and it's great being able to create dishes with exactly what you like. Flavor it up to your spice preference and get it served up fresh off the grill. The pocket biscuits are super yummy. I like to stuff them full of the main dish and enjoy it like a burrito. Yummm!! Mouth watering just worrying about it. Lol!!
I love this place. They now have dine outside ability. Great food and good prices. Friendly staff and very helpful.
