Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. They take extremely long, I understand it can get busy but, it is just ridiculous. They would probably make it up with good customer service which they lack. It takes extremely long to talk to someone over the phone and when you finally get through to someone, they are very rude.

I would rate this a zero if I could the pharmacists are the worst this guy Asian male pharmacist literally asked me did the doctor discuss interactions with the drugs. I said of course then he quizzes me!!! Asked me 3 questions he was so slow. YOU ARE THE PHARMACIST NOT THE DOCTOR!!!! He then tells me I can only get a 7 day supply instead of my standard 30. I urge everyone to sign a petition to get new pharmacists...this place gives me such bad anxiety !!!
I had a UPS package I needed to be scanned in on a Sunday. This was marked as a location on the UPS website, but they claimed they didn't know how to do it. Why offer the service if you are not going to train staff? I went to 2 other CVS locations and they all refused to accept my package
HORRIBLE! CVS ON SHERMAN WAY CLOSED. UPON CLOSING I WAS TOLD THAT I CAN TAKE MY PRESCRIPTIONS FROM CVS ON RESEDA AND VALERIO. SO I CALLED, THEY SAY THEY DON'T HAVE ANY PRESCRIPTIONS FOR ME. SO I GIVE ENTIRE INFORMATION, SO THEY CAN GET IT FROM THEIR SYSTEM. MY DAUGHTER IS 17 AND HER LIFE DEPENDS ON THE PRESCRIPTION (LIFE AND DEATH MATTER). SO, PHARMACIST IGNORANTLY SAID THEY WON'T PRESCRIBE ANY, BECAUSE THEY CAN'T CALL DOCTOR, AND I HAVE TO. OTHER CVS PHARMACIES NEVER GAVE ME A PROBLEM TO TRANSFER PRESCRIPTION, UPON NECESSITY, BUT THE ONES HERE ARE EXTREMELY CARELESS AND RUDE!!! THEY DON'T CARE FOR PATIENTS LIKE MY DAUGHTER, NOR FOR THE PHARMACY'S FINANCIAL WELL BEING, SINCE ACTING LIKE THIS MAKES CUSTOMERS LIKE US LOOK FOR SERVICE SOMEWHERE ELSE! GOOD LUCK TO THE OWNER!!!

I tried to return an item that I bought 2 days ago from this CVS in Reseda, CA on Reseda Blvd. The manager wouldn’t take it back because I didn’t have a receipt but I was never given a receipt cause the cashier said that it will be emailed to me and when I told the manager this he said “you are lying because we don’t email receipts we always print it out” which is not true because I’ve been told that before as well, The product is a CVS brand product and they still wouldn’t give me store credit to change it for a different size of the same product. Just letting be known if you buy anything from CVS and they tell you they will email you the receipt ask for a printed receipt to avoid issues later if you need to return it.
The only issue I have is the long wait times when calling in by phone or waiting in line to pick up. Otherwise, the staff is very nice and they almost always have the medications I need in stock.
