There are only two doctors I have to trust 100% as I can't watch them as they work on me: Dentist and OBGYN. After having treatment at Dr Rapoport's office, I have found that dentist and am referring her to my friends. In Dr Rapoport I found a quality dentist who didn't try to up-sell me unneeded work during a crisis. A dentist who was so concerned about a person with pain in jaw she kept calling until she reached me. And then brought me in as an emergency the same day. During the Covid-19 Los Angeles Stay at Home order in March/April 2020 I cracked my back molar. I reached out to a dentist on my coverage (most dentists were shut down as they didn't have PPE setup (Personal Protective Equipment). I walked in and found he didn't use any safety PPE and tried to scare me to pay 3k for services not covered. Blaming not doing that work on my husband I left with a prescription and an x-ray of the cracked tooth. About a week later I got a call from Rapoport's office (I had reached out to her previously but didn't return her same day call back). She was worried that I still had the cracked tooth and she would be in for the day, to please come in at 1pm. I walked in and found all her staff in full PPE mode. Then she took an x-ray of the tooth, said the tooth had to go (I expected that) and that once the Stay at Home was over I was to come back for full cleaning and x-rays, all of which is covered under my insurance. She was scheduling one patient per hour so there would be only one person in the waiting room at a time, plus there's an indoor courtyard with more chairs spaced apart for anyone else waiting. So as I left (with instructions, prescription, and more sealed gauze) I saw the next patient in the waiting room, and their family/friend sitting in the courtyard.
Dr. Rapport is good. However, the lady at the front desk is rude and has no people skills! She clearly needs training with customer service!
Dr. Rapoport is one of the best Dentists in the Valley area. She has my utmost trust and I have been taking my family to see her for quite some time now. Every time, she does a great job and always gets along great with the kids. Thanks again Dr. Rapoport.
Always a 5 star experience. Dr Alla's skills are superb and she did fine work for my root canal procedure. Compared with other dentists she is so gentle. I am thankful that I found her and I highly recommend her.
