I have come to this location for years. The last 6 months have been terrible. The newer staff is rude and more worried about socializing with other co workers. They always are out of basically everything. Today was just the icing on the cake for me to not come back to this location. The two girls working were rude and just glared at me when I was ordering. My friend ordered a venti and the cup was half full.

They aren't terrible when they actually can make your drink, but in the last month to 2 months I have empty handed more than I have left with my drink. They are always out of something, or something is always broken, not to mention the times that I've had to leave because they were moving so slowly and I was gonna be late. I
The people working there were rude and didn't seem like they wanted to help my friends and I. They were to busy talking about their own drama
I had a very bad experience with starbucks today never in my life have I ever had ti wait over 30 minutes for my drink the clerk there wasnt friendly and kept on making a mistake on making my drinks so I dont ever want that experience again I have never ever had to ever wait that long for a drink nor get the non friendly experience I got today I however will not let it stop me from going to starbucks but please please have them be more friendly to the customers because that can and will cause issues in the near future again I wont let it stop me but it could stop others
The lovely lady that made our drinks was so sweet and she did and AWESOME JOB at making it correctly!! My new favorite store!!
I was just in there to order coffee. The barista was busy, and other was putting up stock and talking on the phone. It was so busy I had to get out of line and leave..I told her if she would have been helping, icould have had my coffee. Grrrr very disappointed.
I never know if my drink is going to be made right or not. I tell them actually what I want and it’s still wrong. A lot of the employees are rude there and today one of the girls put her hand right over the top of drinking whole and her hands did not look clean!
