Went in store Monday 2/2/21 to have a business line started and to switch internet addresses. Not only did they make us wait 2 hours to only tell us they can’t get a number (that was available and we had all the needed info) they told us the internet was moved and all I had to do was plug in the router and it would work. Went to plug it in yesterday, and it did NOT work. So I called customer service and they told me it wasn’t done at store and she would change it but now it cannot work until Friday because of “processing” Get an email this morning that a new modem is getting shipped and won’t be here until Friday before 4:30PM, call again today to verify address and they had the old address as the shipping address. THE OLD ADRESS IS ALREADY SOLD!!!!! I was not told over the phone I was getting something shipped. AT&T has now waisted hours of my time and has caused me to lose so much money for my business. I will be making my way into the store to tell them in person since they don’t want to answer the phone. I am appalled at the lack of caring, customer service, and empathy. Disgraceful way to do business.
