Absolutely fantastic for everything that’s not fluffy little animals (unless you want frozen ones to feed your snakes). I currently have 3 reptiles boarding with them long term and I couldn’t be happier with the care they receive. Cannot recommend them enough. Sally is knowledgeable, helpful and is able to assist in anything you need. The whole team is always willing and ready to help with any questions or queries you may have for them! Awesome shop, I wouldn’t go anywhere else and you shouldn’t either

I would very much recommend not using Reptasia for the purchase of reptiles. Myself and my best friend bought two baby pastel ball pythons from here a couple of months ago and both have sadly passed away. One due to a Respiratory Infection and the other, we still don't know. We had fabulous set ups having been reptile owners for a few years now and previous had zero issues with raising baby snakes but these with these two, it was the first time we've purchased from Reptasia. Make sure you do 100% research on the risks of baby snakes before going for them and where you are intending to buy from. The shop was very unhelpful in dealing with the situations. I called up when our first died a couple of weeks ago to ask for some advice or what they think it could have been and I must admit, the response couldn't have been more unhelpful, the manager didn't seem to give a single care that one of their reptiles had passed away, they are more focused on the money. We had a visit and enjoyed the day when we purchased the two snakes as we got to see how they spent time taming older snakes and they put the effort into that which is nice to see but it's quite clear the baby snakes are just a huge trade for the shop, there was no questions about our set ups or if we're previous owners. I would recommend visiting Global Geckos in Windlesham. They seem to have a much better idea on what they are doing and more importantly, a huge care for their animals and where they are going off to.
