The software is used for the benny pool in NDG. It's really poorly designed and can't seem to do it's job in a way that does not need to be corrected later. Why do I need 2 accounts for the same facility? Password recovery takes forever. The city should find someone else to deal with. I am guessing the positive reviews are done by employees.

They claim to have "user-friendly interfaces" and their "applications are designed to please any user and make the process easier". This is absolutely untrue for the sports system I just used. As a user of their system trying to register my kids for activities, I had so much trouble logging into the system, but also creating a new account. Maybe this user-unfriendliness was related to the particular implementation that I used, but I would expect better from you guys as consultants to guide them to do something better. Firstly, I tried logging in with google authentication but the system didn't recognize my profile. So, it required me to enter in my usercode/password. Guess what? I had so much trouble figuring out the right usercode/passowrd because the USERCODE was CASE-SENSITIVE. What made it even more complicated was that when I used the "forget usercode/password" feature, it wasn't clear to me what my usercode actually was. IT SHOULD BE IN THE EMAIL. Secondly, the system doesn't allow passwords with special characters other than "-" and "_". Are we living the 90's or something? Thirdly, when trying to add a new child, I get a "403 Forbidden" error. Why? Please explain why it's forbidden. Extremely frustrating guys. Don't forget that users also advocate your product, not just the buyers.
En 2021, il serait bon que leur site d'inscription au camp de jour soit capable de gérer un gros achalandage, surtout que les sites ont un nombre limité de places. Lorsque j'ai pu arriver à réserver des semaines, tout était déjà complet, alors je me retrouve le bec à l'eau pour cet été. 2e année avec ce logiciel d'inscription et toujours aussi mauvais.
Système vraiment terrible ne supportant aucune charge. Dès qu'il y a un peu d'achalandage (ex: inscription aux camps de jours) ca plante sans bon sens. En 2021 on devrait être ailleurs
Incapable de faire l'inscription aux camps de jour. Le site ne supporte pas une affluance. Aucune entreprise ne peut survivre en ayant un tel site pour vendre ses produits.
Servidores lentos increíblemente lentos el servicio con su software puede tomar hasta 3 minutos por acción. Es muy frustrante como cliente.

Logiciel complètement désuet et non sécuritaire.
