I'm trying to reach them for literally over 2 months now, they never answer. I left 5 messages over that period and got 1 call back which I miss because I was at work. Ever since the pandemic started I am working 75 hours per week since my work is one of the essential service, when I'm at home, I'm sleeping, so when I call you guys, you need to pick up. This is my second lease with Mazda Repentigny and it is about to finish in a few month. I'm going to buy the new 2021 CX5 when it comes out, I highly doubt I'm going to buy from that Mazda though.. How hard is it for you guys to have someone pick up and schedule appointments?

Worst service ever received by M.Denis Poulain. I will never buy a vehicule from them again!!! I had an anti rust contract with this dealer for a vehicule I bought in 2016 for more than 35,000. The anti rust contract is valid until 2023 and cost me 600tx. I also came to this dealership to make them inspect the vehicle every single year (event though I live 40 min drive away and never come in the repentigny area). The car was always inspected carefully and never showed any sign of rust. Unfortunately, I forgot to come for 1 year and for this reason, they simply considered the contract void, even though I told them the vehicle is stored indoor and i suggested to make an inspection immediately... I strongly advice to stay away from this dealership. Period. M. DENIS POULAIN YOU ARE THE WORST car dealer I have ever seen.
