Outstanding! I had a hard to match key. Three other places didn't have the blank. It literally took all of three min and done! True professionals in an often shady trade.
Unpleasant experience. The store was empty and when I first walked in I stood at the counter while the employee disregarded my existence for several minutes. And yes, he knew I was there. I had a 300 or more bulk key cutting order I wanted to place but the employee had an overall dismissive and degrading behavior. I went elsewhere, so should you! One star for at least being open during your business hours.
Very poor experience with this company. Refused to quote an estimated price for two doors unlike \all\ other competitors. They stated they charge 109 for an estimate which requires tech to come out first. Was referred to by a long time customer of theirs in the area who are not charged this and didn't seem to care. Been a business manager myself for 9 years in WA and never heard of this. Would not recommend. Literally call anyone else and you will be provided better service and charged less.
